FAQ

Questions we get asked

If yours is not here, email us and we will answer it straight.

Do you handle the whole event, or just parts of it?

Either. You can book one service, say the crew or the LED wall, or you can book the whole production and get it on a single contract. Most of what makes us useful shows up when we are running more than one part of the job, because the departments are briefed together.

Where do you work?

We are based in Providence, Rhode Island, and we work across Rhode Island, Boston and New England. If your event is in the region, ask.

What kinds of events do you do?

Corporate events, which is conferences, general sessions, breakouts and banquets, and social events, which is weddings, galas and private events.

Do you own your own gear?

[PLACEHOLDER: confirm the answer you want here. We are not claiming an owned inventory on the site until you say so.] What we can tell you now is that we specify the package, supply it, install it and run it, and the technicians on it are ours.

Can you work alongside a production company we already use?

Yes. We are regularly the department that fills a gap, and we are comfortable working under another show name with our crew in blacks and our logo nowhere.

How far ahead do you need to know?

The sooner the better, especially for dates that collide with the busy end of the season. That said, ask anyway. Short-notice calls are part of this business.

How do you price a job?

Against what the rooms actually have to do: the number of rooms, what each one is doing, the schedule, the crew it takes and how long they are on site. You get it in writing as one quote before anything is booked.

What happens if the schedule changes after we book?

Tell your contact. Changes get repriced in writing before they happen, so nothing turns up on the invoice that you have not already seen and agreed to.

Are you insured?

[PLACEHOLDER: insurance and certificate of insurance details to be confirmed before launch.]

How do we hire you?

Send the dates, the venue or city, the headcount and what the rooms have to do, through the quote form or by email. One written quote comes back covering the whole thing.

Still have a question?

Ask it in the quote form, or just email us.
