About
One team, one standard
Creative Capital Events is one company that handles every part of a show, from a base in Providence, Rhode Island.
Most events are put together from separate vendors. One company for sound and lights, another for the wall, another for the stream, another for the crew. Each one does its own part well enough, and the seams between them become somebody else's job to manage. Usually yours.
We built this the other way around. Every department here is us: the gear and the technicians who run it, the LED wall and the scenic it sits in, the capture and the network it rides on, and the crew who load it in and take it back out. One contract covers the lot.
That is not a sales line about convenience. It changes what happens at 6am on load-in day, when the wall is late and the room has to be ready by noon. There is no vendor to call and no blame to assign, because every person in that room works for the same company and answers to the same lead.
We are new as a company and deliberately plain about it. What we will not do is claim a history we do not have. What we will tell you is exactly who is on your job, what they are responsible for, and who to call when something changes.

The standard
What one standard actually means
- Briefed togetherEvery department is briefed off the same run of show, so the lighting lead knows what the capture team needs and the stagehands know what the wall needs.
- Trained the same wayTechnicians are trained to one internal standard. The person on your breakout works the way the person on your general session works.
- One lead per roomEvery room has a lead who owns it. You get their name before load in, not after something goes wrong.
- Clean through strikeThe job is not over when the last slide comes down. The room goes back the way we found it.
